Little People Doodle ProComments I was very excited to discover the Little People Doodle Pro when my son was turning 2, because the shorter nib on the pen seemed more suitable for his age. However, as other reviewers have indicated, the point is actually TOO short to use in anything other than a straight vertical position, which is not how my son holds a pen. Also, the cord connecting the pen to the drawing board is too short for the pen to reach all areas of the drawing board. The eraser is a little hard to move as well. The Little People Doodle Pro is easy and fun to use for a 3 year old. Also, it is a sturdy item that will stay around for quite some time. The Little People characters are so colorful and the shape forms that are included are a good size for the child to manipulate. Lots of opportunity for creative ideas. My daughter recvd this for x-mas from her grandpa and she is to keep this toy at his house for her to play with when she comes to visit. We were over there this past fathers day and she was playing with it i agree the soccer ball eraser does not erase all the way and to me was irratating, to her she didn't seem to mind. I don't think my daughter had any problems w/ the pen b/c if she did i would definately know! When we were leaving she was not done drawing and wanted to take it w/us which we would not let her and she kind of had a fit. oh well life goes on!:) over all i think this is a durable toy and definately a good thing to maybe bring out in the car when you run errands or on a long road trip where they can draw and amuse themselves. |
