Just click on screensaver.zip. Once downloaded extract the screensaver with a program like winzip or winrar. Then put the screensaver file in your windows directory.

If your trying to dowload the file,
Click on screensaver.zip to download the file
After your done that just extract it to the windows directory
Then you select it in the screensavers properties.
I hope that simplifies things.
