Juggling with your Head
Form small groups of two or three and simply try to keep the ball in the air using only your head. The first person can toss the ball in the air, and then you have to work as a group to keep the ball afloat. The drill works on heading accuracy and agility.This drill is appropriate for middle to higher level players and teams. Young inexperienced teams may have trouble with it.
