I have only purchased shoes through Eastbay, and I do not have any complaints. Their pricing is comparable to other retailers. There return policy states that you can return any item if you are unsatisfied for a full refund or store credit. The item must be in new condition when returned. You are not reimbursed for shipping unless the item was defective or if the send you the wrong item.
